We do not collect payment information, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

  • Manage our client relationship with you
  • Fulfil any contract we enter into with you

The legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

Where we store your data

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). AWS is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and complies with UK GDPR data transfer requirements.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us. If you become a client, we retain relevant records for 6 years in line with UK legal and tax requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following processors to operate our service:

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, database, and email delivery

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and comply with UK GDPR.

  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
